If you are seeing the above, or similar messages, there are a few things that you can try to ensure that your operating system is all set to run PES 2014!

                Step 1. Restart your computer

If this does not work go to step 2.

                Step 2. Uninstall your game completely and then reinstall it. Remember to restart           your computer before trying to run the game.

If this does not work go to step 3.

                Step 3. Download and install the latest version of Direct X from the Microsoft    website.
If you continue to see an error message after going through the above steps, please contact Microsoft customer support for further information on Windows setup.
